How to Use the SafeVoice AI
Our trauma-informed AI companion guides you through reporting at your own pace—in English, Hausa, or Pidgin. It is available on the Android app and assists web survivors through structured intake.
Open SafeVoice
Launch the Android app or visit the web report page. You do not need an account for anonymous reporting.
Start the AI Conversation
Tap "Secure AI Assistant" in the app or begin the web form. The AI listens without judgment and asks gentle follow-up questions.
Tell Your Story
Type in your own words or record a voice statement. Share what happened, where, and when—only if you feel safe doing so.
Attach Evidence
Upload photos, documents, or audio. Metadata is stripped automatically and files are AES-256 encrypted.
Review & Submit
The AI summarizes your report for review. Confirm routing preferences (NGO, legal aid, police only if you choose).
Save Your Tracking ID
You receive a secure UUID tracking code. This is your only key to check status and message responders anonymously.
Track & Communicate
Use your tracking ID in the app or web to follow case progress and exchange secure messages with assigned caseworkers.
Safety Tip
Press Escape or tap Quick Exit anytime to leave instantly. On mobile, enable PIN lock and disguise mode for extra protection.
