Acceptable Use Policy
By using SafeVoice, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in ways that protect survivors and platform integrity.
1. Permitted Use
Submit genuine reports of gender-based violence, harassment, or abuse; seek safety information; track your case; and communicate with assigned caseworkers.
2. Prohibited Use
You must not: submit knowingly false reports; harass caseworkers; attempt to identify other survivors; scrape or automate abuse of our APIs; bypass rate limits; upload malware; or use the AI chat to generate harmful, illegal, or hateful content.
3. AI Chat Rules
Do not use the AI assistant for illegal instructions, fraud, impersonation, or to test jailbreaks. Misuse may result in blocked access.
4. Evidence Uploads
Only upload evidence you have the right to share. Do not upload unrelated third-party private images without consent.
5. Enforcement
Violations may lead to blocked IPs, rejected reports, account termination, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
