Welcome to SafeVoice AI Hub. By accessing or using our digital sanctuary, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.
1. Scope of Service
SafeVoice is a civic-tech reporting and evidence-collection platform. We offer identity-minimizing tools and intelligent triage to assist survivors of abuse. We do not provide direct legal, psychiatric, or law enforcement emergency response ourselves.
2. Prohibited Abuse & Defamation
To preserve platform integrity and protect innocent reputations, users are strictly forbidden from uploading intentionally false claims, malicious fabrications, or defamation targeting individuals. Submitting false reports compromises survivor services and is subject to local legal investigations under the Cybercrimes Act of Nigeria.
3. Intellectual Property
All software logic, designs, brand assets, and platform illustrations are owned by Norbitech Groups and WGHEN partners, and are protected under Nigerian copyright laws.
4. Accounts & Deletion
Optional accounts let you track cases securely. You may delete your account in the mobile app (Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing privacy@safevoice.ng. See our Account Deletion Policy for details.
5. AI & Automated Assistance
SafeVoice uses artificial intelligence to help document reports and answer safety questions. AI is not a lawyer, doctor, or emergency responder. All reports are reviewed by human caseworkers before routing. See AI Ethics and Disclaimer.
6. Emergency Disclaimer
SafeVoice is not a substitute for emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, call 112 (Nigeria) or use the in-app SOS feature. We cannot guarantee real-time emergency dispatch.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts unless otherwise required by law.
