Child Safety Standards
SafeVoice is committed to protecting children and complying with Google Play Child Safety and CSAM policies.
1. Age Appropriateness
SafeVoice is designed for adults and older teens who can safely seek help regarding abuse. It is not directed at children under 13.
2. CSAM Zero Tolerance
We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form. Suspected CSAM is removed immediately and reported to appropriate authorities as required by law.
3. Reports Involving Minors
Reports concerning abuse of minors are handled with heightened care and may be escalated to child protection services or police consistent with survivor consent and Nigerian law.
4. Parental Contact
If you believe a child under 13 has created an account or submitted data improperly, contact safety@safevoice.ng for prompt deletion.
5. In-App Reporting
Users can report harmful content via Report Abuse or email safety@safevoice.ng.
6. CSAE Contact
Child safety point of contact: safety@safevoice.ng (monitored by WGHEN safety team).
